Neighborly Heating & Cooling Service LLC is a small privately owned company that specializes in service, diagnostics, and repair of residential forced air furnaces and air conditioning systems. We are not in business to pressure customers into buying expensive new systems. Years of experience with furnace repair or air conditioning repair have shown that the majority of breakdowns can be fixed, and will be much less expensive than a complete system replacement. Neighborly Heating & Cooling Service LLC takes pride in properly diagnosing and fixing the problem the first time, thereby saving the customer money. Service Fee / Cost

Neighborly Heating & Cooling Service LLC's service fee is $79.95. The service fee is only charged once per season for the equipment being serviced, and then remains in effect for that entire heating or cooling season. Should your equipment require additional service you will not be charged an additional service fee, you will only pay for parts and labor. Total repair cost will be disclosed up-front to the customer prior to any repair being performed. We do not charge by the hour as most companies do.

Note: Should the property owner or representative decline the repair after diagnosing, the service fee is still due.
